Each and every member of BPG is offered professional (and personal) support through the ease of exchanging resources and networking with like minded professionals.
Our mission is to promote the exchange of information, ideas, and contacts that facilitate greater efficiency and effectiveness for our group and the many varied professionals with whom we interface. Members of Baltimore POWER Group, through a Code of Ethics, offer a broad spectrum of competencies in numerous real estate functions, markets, and trades.
Through BPG membership, the Baltimore POWER Group acts as a non-profit, with 501(3)(c) status, fiscally sponsored by Players Philanthropic Fund. BPG comes together, exchanges resources, build inter-professional relationships & the majority of all membership dues are used to fund donations to local charitable organizations in the Baltimore community.
BPG supports professional growth, positive business relationships and resource sharing; all while giving back to the less fortunate. Check out BPG's recent giving on BPG Donations tab!
The History of BPG
BPG started in 2002 with a small group of Property/Operation Managers and Vendors led by Stacey Werthamer. Over recent years, Stacey multiplied BPG membership and connected Baltimore POWER Group with fiscal sponsor, Players Philanthropic Fund (PPF), establishing non-profit status. Stacey has been making many professional moves, but of course, BPG is her "brain child". Stacey is a life long BPG member!!!
If you are a commercial or residential Property or Operation Manager interested in joining BPG, we invite you to download and submit the BPG application in the link below and donate through our Dues page.
